At HBX, selected items can be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition, this includes all packaging, accessories, tags, and authenticity cards/dust bags. Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale, archive, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns that do not meet the policy will be sent back at the customer's expense. HBX does not offer any exchanges. Customers can return the product(s) for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at their earliest convenience. HBX holds the final discretion to accept any return requests.

For return shipping, HBX covers the return shipping costs for orders shipping to the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea. Unfortunately, they currently don’t cover the return shipping costs of other countries/cities. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by HBX. It is recommended that customers take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning their package.

If a refund is requested, the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of the order will not be included in the refund amount. If the original payment method was via cryptocurrency, the refund will only be in the USD currency equivalent for the paid retail value of the returned merchandise(s). The USD currency to Cryptocurrency conversion rate will be based on the time of refund and not the time of purchase. Refund processing time may take up to 10 business days from the date the package was received. It may take additional days during promotional periods or holiday seasons.

For shipping, orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, SF Express, Sagawa, Yamato, Lotte, Crane, or Local Express Courier, depending on the shipping address. Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day the order is placed. These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed with Free Shipping are dispatched by Standard Shipping method. Please note that orders that are considered oversized/overweight will require additional shipping fees, which will be calculated during checkout. HBX Pro Free Shipping benefit is not applicable to oversized/overweight orders. Public Holidays: Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods. Unfortunately, HBX doesn’t ship to P.O. Boxes and U.S. Military Addresses. Once the order has shipped, tracking information will be sent. The cost of standard shipping is $15, and the cost of express shipping is $30. Orders with regular priced items over $250 are eligible for free shipping.
